Since 2020 Dags and Justin have teamed up to run their NBA and National Services together under the Maximize Basketball Brand. They are excited to further grow in to Online Courses and Consultations. This will help players across the country maximize their potential! Throughout our courses and social media, you will see our local brands pop up as we've used these training methods to build our successful local players and brands. It is the same methods that have helped our players PLAY AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS!!
OUR APPROACH
We believe that most high level players fail to reach their potential because they don't have a Vision and Plan that is built on the reality of their game. Those that might have a plan, lack the self accountability or accountability from those around them to keep pushing them forward. VISION-PLAN-ACCOUNTBILITY is at the CORE of what we do.
Vision
Work with the player to have clarity on who they are as a player and create a vision of who they want to become.
Plan
Draft a roadmap of Development and Intangibles for the player to follow that is consistent with the vision.
Accountability
Accountability to the Vision and Plan is the key ingredient for long term success. It's what allows us to be resilient in our journey.
