LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS AND HAVE A TON OF FUN!!
What To Expect
Little Ballers is an introductory program for Kindergarten - 3rd graders to learn the fundamentals of basketball! Players will be taught dribbling, passing, shooting, and the rules of the game. Each session will conclude with a competition (3v3, 4v4, or 5v5).
Little Ballers is meant to be a positive atmosphere where players can begin to learn the game. Eash session players will work on their skill, play in fun small sided games, and learn the rules of the game.
We want players to learn HOW to play the game. So instead of throwing them in to 5 on 5 and hoping for the best, we will teach them rules of the game and skills. When we play 1v1, 3v3, 5v5 we will teach while they play!
Little Ballers Workouts run 10 months out of the year (Smaller Groups sign up per month)
Little Ballers Winter Program runs on a 7 week Schedule. Session 1: Nov-Dec
Session 2: Jan-Feb
Session 3: Mar-Apr
LET'S GET STARTED
LITTLE BALLERS PROGRAM (Colonie) will have around 20 players in each group.
LITTLE BALLERS ACADEMY in Schenectady is a 6 week program run as a smaller group session with about 6-12 Players in each.
